RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your item. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. However, we extend this period to 30 days for all customers. You must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to hello.luxlume@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
