SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 10-20 business days
- European Union: 12-25 business days
- United States: 15-30 business days
- Rest of World: 20-35 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal service efficiency. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Please note that tracking information may take several days to update as your package moves through different facilities and countries.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
LUXLUME is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For EU customers: Orders shipped within the EU may be subject to VAT, which is included in the price where applicable. Orders may also be subject to customs clearance procedures which can add additional time to delivery.
For US customers: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs office. Customs clearance can add 5-10 business days to your delivery time.
International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide from various fulfillment centers to ensure the best possible delivery times. Please note:
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country
- These charges are the recipient's responsibility and vary by country
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- Customs policies vary widely; contact your local customs office for more information
- Packages may be held at customs for inspection, which can delay delivery
If you refuse a shipment from LUXLUME, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us.
Damages & Lost Packages
LUXLUME is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact your local post office
- Wait 2-3 business days as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before actual delivery

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes or cancel orders after this time.
